With nearly 20 years in education, Troy Lewis has impacted thousands of lives and has contributed to the field in diverse ways. His passion is centered on youth and young adults, whether teaching math to adult learners, supporting students to and through college, placing students in federal internships, taking young adults abroad or entrepreneurial capacity building for youth mentoring programs. Troy attributes his professional skills to his experiences with leading youth development programs and higher education institutions, such as The Posse Foundation (DC), KIPP DC, University of Maryland, American University and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. At HGSE, Troy is gaining the knowledge and resources to scale programming that develops global youth leaders through international cultural immersion, leadership, and workforce development. Troy is from Jacksonville, FL and plans to return to Washington, DC, after continuing his education and expanding his professional profile in London. 
Loyola Rankin

Loyola Rankin is Navajo (Meadow People) from Coyote Canyon, New Mexico. She is a current student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education '22, concentrating in Higher Education. She has served as an Equity and Inclusion Fellow at HGSE and has been in student support for 10 years.
Sai Somboon

Sai Somboon Ed.M '22 is in the Specialized Studies Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, focusing on higher education and the performing arts through the lens of DEIB. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Sai is an educator with Bright Horizons College Coach, which provides ethical and individualized strategies for students applying to college in the United States and beyond. An unassailable believer of love, joy, and living life to the fullest, Sai is also a dancer, actor, and comedian in the New York City area. While at Harvard, Sai is the Special Projects and Community Engagement Coordinator at the Office of DEIB at HGSE. He holds a BA in anthropology from Franklin and Marshall College and an MFA in dance from The Ohio State University. He lives in Jersey City and Asbury Park, New Jersey with his partner Dr. Matthew Graziano and their extraordinarily energetic labradoodle, Dottie.
